JULY : Wellness Day in partnership with Energie Zen
🌿 Wellness Day at the Frédéric Mistral Museum – A rejuvenating getaway in Maillane

Treat yourself to an exceptional day dedicated to relaxation, reconnecting with yourself, and discovering wellness practices, right in the heart of the Frédéric Mistral Museum, an iconic site of Provençal culture.
Organized in partnership with Energies Zen, this event offers a varied program designed to soothe both body and mind in a peaceful and inspiring setting.
On the agenda:
• 8:30 a.m.: Atha Yoga – A gentle wake-up to start the day in harmony.
• 10:30 a.m.: Pilates – Strengthening and stretching for a toned body.
• 11:30 a.m.: Yoga-Pilates Mix – A dynamic session combining the benefits of both disciplines.
• 1:30 p.m.: Sound Meditation – An inner journey through soothing vibrations.
• 2:30 p.m.: E.F.T. (Emotional Freedom Technique) Workshop – Release your emotions and restore balance.
• 4:00 p.m.: Sophrology – Breathing and visualization techniques for a calm mind.
Practical Information:
• Audience: Ages 12 and up.
• Attire: Please wear comfortable clothing for the workshops.
• Cost: Free – A day open to everyone!

JULY : Literary Mornings with the Lezard library
A magical experience for children ages 2 and up! Come listen to traditional and modern stories, read with passion to delight young and old alike. (Read in french).
An interactive and engaging reading session based on Sylvie Tenenbaum’s book, for an audience aged 16 and older. Come share your thoughts and discuss current social issues.
Enjoy some quality family time with board games suitable for children ages 6 and up. It’s a chance to bond, laugh, and make memories together.

Outdoor Concerts in the garden of the museum
Let the music sweep you away under the starry sky in the museum garden. Three exceptional evenings await you:
Pianist Laurent Bernard presents a repertoire of classical and modern pieces for a sophisticated evening of music.
The duo Jessiehealsong and Siciliano takes you on a musical journey with folk, jazz, and Mediterranean influences. A warm and enchanting atmosphere.
The band Les Donkeys wraps up the season with catchy beats and infectious energy. A concert you won't want to miss!
